The department of Yonne in Burgundy is northern temperate continental with a slightly. It is a region known for its fresh and aromatic wines.

The 40 hectare Domaine Sorin Defrance are on limestone, marl or clay, which has a great influence on freshness, fruity aromas more or less pronounced wines.

The soils from the Jurassic period ago 150 million years (Portlandian, Kimmeridgian) are for consumers, the sign of an authentic and traditional.

Domaine Sorin DeFrance will support several varieties: Aligoté, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Gamay (white juice).

Saint Bris
Saint Bris
The Saint-Bris is a A.O.C since 2003. This is a white grape of exceptional quality, used to make some excellent fruity wines.

Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre blanc Chardonnay
Bourgogne Côtes d
Chardonnay is a white grape with white juice. Its ideal soil is quite clayey land. Chardonnay is vigorous and productive. It gives very pure aromas, fine and intense. It is on our hills, floral and fruity expression.

Chablis 1er cru Montmains
Chablis 1er cru Montmains
Chablis used exclusively Chardonnay. The vines grow on a limestone rich in fossils and especially oysters. Long ago an ocean covered the Burgundy and Chablis. Chablis wine is crisp and fruity, very dry, with refreshing acidity. Chablis wine is universally known for its minerality. The nose, the wine has aromas of citrus and green apple. In the mouth we find the lemon and apple but vanilla and floral.

Bourgogne Aligoté
Bourgogne Aligoté
Aligoté is a white grape used and licensed in the name of "Bourgogne Aligoté." This variety gives a crisp and fruity wine. It is a robust variety that resists diseases and adapts very well to different soil types.

Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre rouge Pinot Noir
Bourgogne Côtes d
Pinot Black is a black grape with white juice, which is a variety that has very complex flavors. Pinot Black appreciate well-drained limestone hills. It has a natural tendency to produce poorly colored wines while at the same time it is the richest in polyphenols (cardio-protective molecule) grape. It is a grape that ripens early and is even better than it used to low returns.

Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre Rosé
Bourgogne Côtes d
Also from Pinot Black, this rosé is left soaked in the press for about 12 to develop fruit flavors such as strawberry and make a beautiful salmon color.
